Q: When will I receive my order?
A: We hope to have all orders that are specified as SHIPPED to be mailed out within a week of order. For items that are being picked up in town, it depends on whether or not an item has a delayed production time noted in the product description. You will get an email when your order is ready.
Q: Where can I pick it up when it is ready?
A: Power Promotional Concepts at 133 Portland Street in Dartmouth. Our office is currently open Tues-Thurs from 10am-4pm. Call us at 902-468-1236 to arrange delivery.

Q: Are the products made locally?
A: Power Promotional Concepts is a local, family-owned company and we are making all of the products. The shirts are not locally made — they are basic retail brands (Gildan, M&O, Independent) we chose to maximize our ability to keep reasonable price points while still being able to make a relatively decent donation to charity on each item sold — but all of the art is by a local artist and the screen printing will be done locally. The mugs will not be produced locally. The t-shirts and mugs are both made by companies that employ local sales reps in Nova Scotia, though!
Q: What charities will benefit from these purchases?
A: With profits made before June 30, we donated to Margaret’s House, Nourish Nova Scotia, the Oxford & Area Food Bank, Parker Street Food and Furniture Bank, Phoenix Youth Programs, the Glace Bay Food Bank, and Feed Nova Scotia. With profits from our shop in the last half of 2020, we donated to The Black Cultural Centre for Nova Scotia, The Community of Africville Liberation Fund, Eddie Carvery -50 Years of Africville Activism, The North Grove, LOVE Nova Scotia, and again donated to Phoenix Youth Programs, Parker Street Food and Furniture Bank and Margaret’s House. We hope you will check out these various organizations and causes and think about making additional donations.
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: All sales are final. These items were made in small, limited quantities and once sold are no longer available, which means we can’t swap sizes or do exchanges. If your item is damaged (not from normal wear-and-tear or because you washed it in hot water!) please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do. If you do want a refund, you will be required to ship back the item at your expense.
